Common Issues

1. Save button does not work

Please allow Photo Library Additions permission.

Go to:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → ScreenClean → Allow “Add Photos Only”

2. Auto Clean is not enabled

Auto Clean works when the screenshot resolution matches common iPhone screenshot sizes.

If it does not match, you can still clean the screenshot using the Manual Crop sliders.

3. Share button is disabled

The Share button becomes available after a successful clean or manual crop result is generated.
