InspectFold helps users create move-in, move-out, and property handover reports with notes, attachments, signatures, and PDF exports.

Data collection

InspectFold is designed as a practical reporting tool and does not require account creation to use its core workflow. The app does not collect personal data for advertising or tracking purposes.

Report content

Information entered into reports, including property names, notes, checklist answers, and attachments, is used to create and manage your inspection records inside the app.

Photos and signatures

InspectFold may request access to camera or photo-related permissions so users can attach evidence photos and signatures to reports. These files are part of the reporting workflow.

PDF exports

When you export a report, InspectFold generates a PDF based on the content you entered, including notes, checklist findings, photos, and signatures.

Local storage

Report attachments and exports may be stored locally on your device so you can reopen, review, and share them later.

Third-party services

InspectFold is not intended to use user data for third-party advertising or behavioral tracking as part of its core product experience.
