Overview
One Line Life is designed as a private journal for saving one sentence per day. The app is built to keep your personal entries on your device.
Data collection
One Line Life does not require account creation and does not collect personal journal entries on our servers.
Journal entries
Your daily lines are stored locally on your device using the app's local database. The app does not upload your entries as part of its core journal workflow.
Notifications
If you enable Daily Reminder, One Line Life schedules a local notification on your device. Reminder settings are used only to deliver the notification you request.
Privacy Lock
If you enable Privacy Lock, the app uses Apple's local authentication system such as Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode. One Line Life does not receive or store biometric data.
Sharing
If you choose to share an entry, the selected text is passed to the iOS share sheet so you can choose where to send it. One Line Life does not control third-party apps you select from the share sheet.
Third-party services
One Line Life does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in its core app experience.
Children's privacy
One Line Life does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is intended to function without collecting user account information.
